1. Acceptance of Terms: By hiring Happy Booths, you agree to abide by all our terms and conditions. 2. Payment: Full payment must be received by Happy Booths a minimum of 14 days before the event date unless otherwise arranged in writing. Late payments may result in suspension or cancellation of the booking without notice. 3. Booking: The date of the booking is only secure once the deposit is paid and received by Happy Booths. 4. Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation by the client, any deposit paid is non-refundable. If the event is cancelled within two weeks before the event date, full payment is due to Happy Booths. 5. Event Set-up: Happy Booths requires a minimum of 1 hour to set up and 1 hour to pack up the equipment at the venue. We need suitable access, parking, and a suitable location at the venue for the booth. 6. Limitation of Liability: Happy Booths will not be responsible for any consequential damages or loss of opportunity arising out of any failure or delay of the services provided. 7. Safety: Clients should ensure the photo booth is not subjected to abuse by guests. In case of any damage caused due to unruly or unsupervised children/guests, Happy Booths reserves the right to seek compensation for damages. 8. Technical Issues: In case of any technical failures that cannot be immediately fixed, the client will be refunded for the portion of the service not received. Happy Booths will not be liable for additional damages or compensations. 9. Photos and Videos: The client grants Happy Booths permission to use images/videos taken at their event to be used on our website, social media, or advertising materials unless otherwise stated in writing by the client. 10. Privacy: Personal information collected from clients will be used strictly for communication and coordination of our services and will not be sold or shared with third parties. 11. Changes to Service: Happy Booths reserves the right to substitute our service or goods provided that they are of an equal or superior type. 12. Severability: If any provision of these terms is found by any court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severed from these terms and it will not affect the remaining terms which will continue to have full effect. 13. Force Majeure: Happy Booths will not be held liable for any act or situation that is beyond our control, such as natural disasters, sudden illness, or government restrictions that could affect our service provision. 14. Venue Requirements: It's the responsibility of the client to ensure the venue is equipped with suitable space, electricity supply, and has the proper permissions to set up a photo booth. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice, from time to time in our sole discretion.
